1. Return Policy
At BoxTopix, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: gift cards, final sale items, and custom-made products.

2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on items of the same style in a different size or color. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Defective or Wrong Items
